Work environment - By prioritizing activities required by a particular job, the MFS Work Environment™ instrument graphically displays the behavioral demand of a job. A person's natural or work adapted behavior can be compared to those required by the job and will show if behavioral stress levels exist. This is also a very useful tool for comparing a manager's and subordinate's perception of the job to resolve conflict and performance issues.
